Rule of Thumb? Which items are worth trading? What stats?

Hey everyone,
New to the game but I love it. My biggest problem right now is identifying which items are worth picking up and using a wisdom scroll on then/then sell them on poe trade.
I have a loot filter on strict and it doesn't help a lot. What I am looking at now is items base stats (before using wisdom scroll) like on a bow 20% elemental dmg to attack Also I look at links
Not sure what else though. Any tips?
