Is there any way to reroll suffixes (and keep prefixes) when you already have 3 suffixes on an item?

I see there used to be a harvest reforge that kept prefixes, but that seems to be gone from the game now.

I'm a new player doing my first major craft, a shaper bow for a COC tornado shot build. The prefixes are perfect (supported by level 20 COC, T0 spell dmg, T1 phys dmg). The suffixes are okay, but only mid-tier (T5 or so). It has 5 links and I plan to corrupt it with a 30% quality beastcraft and try for a sixth link with a tainted orb of fusing. Before I corrupt it, though, I'd like to find out if I can improve the suffixes.
