Which build can do Simulacrum 30 waves + all Uber bosses?

I'm basically playing a build right now which can do all or almost all other content.
Currently farming currency for a new build but since I stopped playing for a while I'm not really up to date with meta builds for certain content.
Info:
- League : Sanctum SC
- Budget : 150 - 200 divine
- Goal : able to kill (all) Uber bosses Simulacrum Wave 30
- What I don't care about : Map clear speed
