What gear would it take to beat a Full Tal Rasha setup on a full vita Nova light / Hydra Sorc?

I have been messing around with options and find that the full tals setup is giving so much that i don't even know what I would need to improve in terms of clear speed and survivability while maintaining around 300 MF. I can clear chaos in ~2 mins but full clearing the T1 map takes >40 min and T2 full clear takes >30 min and I also feel quite squishy while in maps, I would like some more survivability clear speed if possible.

I have infinity, hoto, sorc torch, anni, nova ormus, 3 eschuta, skulders, maras, soj, 8 light skillers, and other stuff. I don't have a grifons eye atm, but can get one. But I can't quite figure out what combination of gear would be better than the current tals, or if I should just put light facets in my tals.

Tals in quite cheap in comparison to the other gear options, so I would like to know what does it take to beat full tals?
