Why aren't they Wiki skill damage numbers for PoD and Lod not true base numbers

I am sure someone has mentioned this before, but as I couldn't find it myself, I will ask anyway.

Why do all the numbers for skill damage in LoD and PoD wiki pages include the increase % for the prerequisites. Shouldn't it be without?

All my skill damage calculations have been wrong because I wasn't accounting for the wiki pages including those first prerequisite synergies. Now that I know they are included I can make exact calculations on skill damage that match in game testing.

Am i just a retard or did everyone know this already?
