Today was the first time I tried past life regression. I used a YouTube video from Michael Sealey.

I fell into the hypnosis state pretty easily.

One thing I noticed through the whole thing was I had my hands resting on my thighs but I could not feel my hands or where they were resting.

Also my feet were freezing and even now they are tingling as if I was outside in the cold and just warming up.

A couple times I felt myself almost choke on my breath. Had a sharp pain under my chin close to my neck as if it was poked with something.

When I looked down at my feet I saw black leather shoes, they were plain and the street was cobblestone and wet.

I saw the name “Richard Rita” in bold letters come across the picture in my head. I saw a mans face - ruddy complexion, curly thick salt-pepper hair that grew past his collar. It wasn’t an actual person but a drawing/painting - I felt that he could have been a fisherman. He was handsome.

During the beginning of the hypnosis I was afraid I was injecting my own thoughts and making up things. I felt a bit of struggle with that. Literally a struggle as if my body was physically fighting to get over my thoughts.

I have no idea if I was a man or woman. Or where this place was.
