Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, my passport got delivered but I was away for work and I wasn’t able to meet the CanadaPost deadline before they sent it back. I can’t get through the phone helpline and been trying the online tracker multiple times but I never get the email.

I live in Scarborough so can I assume it would be at the closest passport office? I just want to avoid wasting time if I have to go ask in person. Does anyone know where it goes to after it gets sent back to Passport Canada? Where can I pick it up?
