So, I mailed my passport renewal application in a while ago. My card hasn't been charged and haven't receieved a tracking or reference number or anything. So a few questions here:

I used my visa debit card info. Do they accept that?
I mailed it to the non courier address. Does that change how fast the service is?
It's been at least 2 weeks. I should just call them?
I used my cousins as references for the application. I didnt see anything saying I couldn't do that.

Any answers would be appreciated. Thank you.
