Looking to see the structure of pay plans dealers use. The place I work has hired a consultant and Iโd like to compare the recommended pay plan they are pitching vs what others are seeing... For instance in parts we pay on parts and service gross but on a smaller percentage. It works well to create some harmony between both depts. The new people want to pay solely on parts gross and the percentages are all over the place. Long and short of it we are being promised that these pay plans will yield more money or atleast the same...running the actual numbers I donโt see it.. Thanks anyone who responds
