How to get her to eat ‘bird food’?

This sun conure was rehomed to me and she’s approximately 1.5 years. The problem I’m having is she was never given seeds or pellets. She only likes nuts and McDonald’s, and other human junk foods. She’ll grab the pellets and then flat out THROW them. Won’t even look at seeds.
