Sexual Side effect is a bitch

Paroxetine has helped me a LOT with my depression symptoms but the SIDE effects are unfortunate
I started with 10mg and I noticed the Side effects since week one, them 2 months later I doubled the dose and now I can't reach and orgasm masturbaring or with sex, it sucks
I've other antidepressants but this one si the only one that has helped me, so I think i want ti change it
Do the side effects get better with time?
