Pick up from 9th Street near 7th Avenue. We’re up one flight of stairs, and it’s heavy; you’ll need a friend (I have a bad rotator cuff). But it’s on casters so easy to roll away once it’s out.

They’re charming, affectionate creatures, rats. Don’t believe everything the mayor says.
