My best friend since college is pregnant with triplets. This was a big surprise for her. There was no fertility treatment involved, and there's not much history of multiple births in her family. Understandably, she's vacillating between being happy and excited and being anxious about the risks and challenges. I'm a gay guy, and I don't have kids, let alone multiples. This is new territory for me. I'm trying to be a good listener. Beyond that, what can a friend do that's helpful during and after a pregnancy with multiples? Thanks in advance for your advice.
