How to not give them anxiety when it comes to expectation management and time management?
Post Body

Before we went in the store, I told my 15yo daughter we have 25 minutes in the store, because we have other stuff going on. It's actually her stuff that's going on after this trip that we need to be on a time limit for.

It's been 50 minutes. I checked out at 25 minutes and called her to see if she was done. She said yes. That was not true.

I don't want to give her anxiety but this is ridiculous. How can I get her to manage her time better/be more conscious? It's annoying and insulting.
