Is it unreasonable to ask my teen to get off the phone while we're having family time?

She's on her phone with her long distance boyfriend while we're having a family outing. Instead of walking around and doing stuff with us/engaging with us, she lags behind and talks or texts with her boyfriend.
When I ask her to get off the phone and be present she gets upset. Surely I'm NTA.
