I am kicking myself right now. I didn't see that back in August OC sent us Discovery. It was muddled up in the other dozens of filings they were doing on the case. We had a meeting with them about the rule 11 they were refusing to grant. So imagine my embarrassment when she mentioned these requests and that we were the ones who were not being cooperative.
I know it's a human thing. But still feel crappy about it. Ugh. Now I have to call the client tonight and go over the questions. I thought the waters were too calm. Missed the deadline by over a month!
