Does anyone do Crim work on an hourly basis?
Post Body

My firm pretty much exclusively works on criminal cases on a flat-fee basis. Does anyone out there work crim cases on an hourly basis? I want to suggest to our firm that we work on these cases on an hourly basis because I'm quite sure that we are not charging enough on many of them and losing money.
