Where my Criminal Defense Paralegals at???

Client just retained us to defend him in a DUII (driving under the influence of intoxicants). He refused to blow when pulled over. The reason he refused to blow is because of COVID-19 and the possible risk of getting contaminated. He's an older guy and would definitely qualify as an "at risk" group. Anyone ever heard of anything like this? Any other stories to share of attempts to get a "refuse to blow" charge dropped? Cheers :)
