How can I get up to speed? bk help please.

Hello all,
I was recently hired as a bankruptcy paralegal. I have zero experience, I just learned the bankruptcy process for chapter 13 bankruptcies two days ago. I feel like I’m not learning “fast enough.” The attorney I work under seems frustrated that it hasn’t all clicked yet, even though it’s my first week.
Advice? Help? Please I like the work so far, I’m just not trained yet, and I want to make this my career.
