Post Body

This is in personal injury. This case has pretty much been handed off from one attorney to another the past two years. My last attorney didn't really pay too much attention to it besides deadlines.

The attorney that now has it is...very Personality Type A. Organized and very particular. She tasked me to do the exhibit list. When I looked at all the records produced, I noticed that they never did one for a surgical hospital.

I feel like I am partially to blame for this because I didn't look to see what all has been produced. I marked that all discovery was complete on this case. Now the deadline has passed. I told her about the situation once I finished the exhibit list. I don't think I would get fired, but I still feel guilty. At the same time, it's not like I was the only person assigned to this case.

I just needed to rant.
