How would you word this in Request for Admissions?
Post Body

I have a question on how to answer these RFAs (Requests for Admission).

They sent over the Interrogatories and Requests for Production just fine. But on the RFA they address my client as Defendant (He is not, he is the Plaintiff) and they forgot to change the last two people they served on this template. Using fake names. But my guy's name is John. But they address him as Al, the Defendant and the Plaintiff is someone named Maria.

A coworker said I can put something along the lines of "I cannot admit or deny since I am not the person this question is addressed to". Or something like that. Can I make this sound more professional?
