I'm not complaining. I'm enjoying figuring out this patch. But popular releases have a tendency to gear towards instant gratification, low iteration times and making the player feel powerful. For obvious reason. These things "feel fun".
But I'd love to try my hand at balancing a more slow methodical approach to Paragon. Especially as someone trying to become a games designer. I'd really like to try making a mode that rewards efficiency and punishes mistakes.
People just don't make games for people like me anymore. I like harsh mechanics (And I'm not talking Dark Souls harsh, I mean you've spent 20 minutes building your hero wrong so you're going to have to spend another 20 minutes just getting dumped on)
And so Mods are really important to people like me. Let's not forget that MOBAs themselves are a mod of RTS games.
Plz EPIC. Let us mod your game.
