We need a ton of help and depth all over the place and now that it's pretty certain we're gonna be drafting 8th, would trading back into the middle of the 1st round be a terrible idea if we could pick up some more draft capital? Obviously we don't know how the players will be chosen, but I feel like somewhere between 15-25 and we'd still be able to get a really solid player (Nick Emmanwori, Jahdae Barron, James Pearce Jr., TJ Sanders, Jalon Walker). We need help pretty much everywhere on defense, especially for our run defense and pass rush. Also threw a LB in there because Shaq is gonna be 31 going into next season and we need to continue to build for the future.
No idea what trading the 8th pick back to 20ish would be worth, obviously swapping places in the 1st but I'd be curious if a team would bite with a 2nd and 4th a developmental piece that would be worth a 5th/6th pick.
