We saw last year how the team rallied behind Wilks and tried to make a push after Rhule started off so poorly. And again this season after Reich is sent to the house the team seems to magically be getting better. Is it worth taking a chance and letting Tabor be the Head Coach next year?
I think the answer is yes. The players need some stability at coaching and we have shown some level of improvement since Week 11 and if it can be built upon for next year we could continue to be competitive.
