Blood in stool, diarrhea and digestive issues with left rib/stomach pain.
Post Body

Tldr; title symptoms sound like pancreatic related? and how much can an ultrasound show?

34F. Have RA medicated with MTX.

Started SSRI beginning october. Diarrhea started right away, two weeks later i got left sided rib and breast pain. Then three days a lot of blood in stool. Stopped with SSRI and MTX at that point.

Since then little blood a couple of times. Lighter- but still brown stool- however undigested a lot of times (whole sallad leaves for example). Very mushy, cloudy in the toilet and so on. Instant diarrhea fat food. Instant pain bubbles or something with alcohol- stabbings out in the back. Reflux and chest pain easier since taking PpI now and then. But a lot of pain mainly left rib area.

Multiple blood tests taken. Liver, pankreasamylas and bilirubin fine. No gluten intolerance or h.polyri. All tests fine. Slighlty higher temp. Backpain the whole period but i have disk ruptures.

First they sent me for mammogram. Rektoskopy monday. He could only see an irritated vessel. But blood came out with the wand that wasnt from that vessel. They are sending me for gastroskopy an colonskopy.

So far seen 8 different doctors during 8 visits.

Im very anxious. Does this sound like pancreatic related to you? Iā€™m thinking of paying for an ultrasound myself while Iā€™m waiting. Worth it?
