Thinking of moving to PCB, POC chime in.

I’m a POC, F32. I live in Chicago but I’m thinking of being bicoastal. I’ve never been to PCB actually but it looks like a great place to live part time. Unfortunately , I’ve read that it’s not great for POC, it’s a lil racist. Any thoughts on this ? Yea we all want to think the best about our city but this is something I must consider before signing a lease.

Besides that, since I’m in the city and will maybe be there part time- how’s public transit ? I’m not going to buy a car but it need be, I could rent one when I’m there. Thanks in advance.
