I'm fairly new to the Paloalto Firewall, a vendor came by to install the firewall and created the Global Protect Gateway, everything is working, the VPN Clients can access the internal network without problems, the only issue is that the internal network can't ping the remote clients.

Due to covid, we started doing remote work, and some remote users needs remote support on their computers, we have been using team-viewer but it has become an issue due to licensing. We use a remote desktop program for support in the internal network, but I can't ping or contact the VPN Clients but when I'm outside the network using the VPN, I'm able to ping everything in the internal network, is there a setting to allow this?
