I moved to Palm Springs riiight before the pandemic started and partially bc of that I haven’t made many friends here. I have a handful but the main ones have a much different lifestyle than I do (they still party like we’re 21) & I’ve had a hard time finding friends to do mellow shit w/like go see movies, board game nights (that don’t involve numerous shots), or even some chill outdoorsy stuff like going on walks or easy hikes. Would love to meet some like-minded people thru Reddit and maybe hang out in the real world! Me: 38/F/Single/No kids. I’m an introvert and a homebody but this summer has lead to me getting bored and wanting to meet new folks. I do a lot of crafts/diy, I run my own home business (pet boarding,) I’m a huge movie and book nerd (usually horror/mystery/thriller genres), I love writing (I’ve even thought about starting a local arts/culture zine), I love board games, the outdoors, animals, good food & drinks, artsy shit, & would like to explore more of CA (I moved from another state about 4k miles away.)
