Air quality/valley fever from the dust?
Post Body

Yesterday I stayed in after I saw the air quality was bad, which I assumed was because of dust kicked up by the storm.

My head kind of hurt this morning, which makes me wonder if the allergens still get inside without the windows open.

Today my phone said the air quality was good, so I went for a walk. Now my head feels like it’s in a vice. Arrrrrrgh!!! I’m also exhausted and almost took a 2nd nap.

Is anyone else sensitive to these allergens? How long do you think it takes for the air to really clear? I guess the AQI is not a reliable indicator of when the coast is clear, so to speak?
