Hey, about to do interview #3 for a Contract Strategist role. I’ve only ever worked for the government so salary negotiations isn’t an area I have experience in. Hoping this community can offer some insight.
Advertised pay range $145k-$205k. Total compensation may include a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and other potential incentives.
What should I be expecting as my initial offer for each category?
UPDATE #1 - my interview for today was cancelled and is being rescheduled due to someone’s availability changing. If anyone has any compensation insights I’d still appreciate it.
UPDATE #2 (11/13/24) - still waiting.
