My parents are planning to go to Pakistan from the US for a family emergency in mid May. I was looking to renew their NICOP cards for them and had a question about the NICOP renewal system at https://id.nadra.gov.pk/e-id/getRegistered

-So, it looks like I have to make a Pak Identity account. Do you guys know if I have to make a new account for each person that needs their NICOP renewed or can I just make one account and renew multiple at once?

-Also, for anyone who has renewed recently during Coronavirus, what was the average turnaround time?

Please let me know of other important information I should know (COVID or general knowledge). Then I can relay that to my travelling family members. Of course, I am doing research on my own, just wanted to hear from people who have had travel experience to Pakistan recently!
