I have never understood when to use the different ending of words. Like lia vs dia or do vs lo?

Is it mai ne suba me kha ya or kha liya? Is it tum kuch karo or karlo or kardo? Is it aap araham karo or karlo or kare? Is it Mai ne kar liya or karra or kar diya Mai kar rahunga or kar lunga or kar dunga? Tum ne mana kyu kiya or mana kyu karra? Pet bargay or pet bargya or pet bara hua? Woh humare liye chai bana hega or bana lega or bana dega?

I hope you guys get the point. I don’t understand the ending of words despite speaking urdu all the time. I grew up fluent in terms of having a conversation but also broken Urdu because of things like this. If the dialect matters I grew up hearing memon Karachi dialect.
