so ive been looking through b/s/t pages on facebook looking to pick up a cheap rotor in my area and i've finally found one for 75 which is what i've been looking for however the guy said that the button sticks and that it needs to be pressed a couple of times to work. I'm just now getting into the sport and this will be the first hopper i buy but i don't know a lot about rotor's in general so i have no idea if this is a big red flag or just something normal i'm also worried that it will struggle to turn off and will waste a lot of batteries. any advice on if i should get it and if i do how to fix it?
