Professional Painters: Do you know what chemical would have damaged the exterior paint on my house?

Post Body

Neighbor had their roof cleaned, and it looks like something got on my house (houses are 10 feet apart). Sherwin Williams rep came out and looked and said a chemical is what caused the damage. Not sure what kind of chemical could do that to latex paint. The house was just painted about 18 months ago, and this is the only location that has this type of damage (there are spray patterns that are very visible). Seemed to only react with the colored paint, and not the white paint on the house.

Thank you in advance for any help with this.
