Hi friends, I can’t find any active public pagan groups in my area. It’s a small-ish city (~100k residents in the metropolitan area), but I think there’s potential for a pagan community here - it’s a fairly liberal area, there are a couple metaphysical shops around, and online I found some groups that used to be active. Anyway, I really want to try to build a community of some sort at least to have a group to celebrate the Equinoxes and Solstices with.

I’ve got two problems. 1. I’m a Pagan newbie, so I feel like I don’t really know how people would celebrate these in the first place (I have my own ways of celebrating). 2. I don’t know how to build a community!

Does anyone have any experience with starting new groups? How did you go about it?
