Anyone know the origins of this depiction of the Mother Goddess?

I saw this at a craft fayre a while back and couldn't stop thinking about it, so I bought it. The mother goddess has been very prominent for me lately but I'm struggling to find any information on the source of this style of representation. I'm talking about the distinct spiral on the stomach, low-detail depiction with the arms above the head, sometimes holding some kind of device or symbol. Thank you in advance! Links to more info would be appreciated.
