Why is my water oily/ filmy looking
Post Body

I have a bioactive viv with a decent sized pond for my whites tree frogs to swim in. For some reason the water continues to get a oily/ cloudy film on the water, no hands go in so itโ€™s not skin oil, the best we can think is itโ€™s something from the frogs themselves, pee maybe. Water is not stagnant and water changes are done ever 3-4 days. Is there a part of a live clean up crew that can help with this? Should I root plants in it? How do I deter the filmy substance that sits on top of the water. There are isopods and springtails in the enclosure.
