Is there a way to keep the to-do list on screen or to make it appear?

I'm at the stage where I'm doing some runs to get resources for some upgrades, so I pin them to my checklist so that I can see my progress on the things I need. But the to-do list that appears on the screen always fades away within a short space of time and I don't know how to get it back up. I've looked through the various options and key bindings but there's nothing that's jumped out at me. Is it possible to do this? Thanks.

Thanks! But do you know a way to make it stay on the screen? That's the issue I'm having - it always fades away :(
