The worst thing about Pacific Drive...
Post Body

Is that I know it's gonna be years until I can experience anything remotely close.

This game took my breath away, I have never been so enamored and haunted by a game before, the sense of shelter and comfort provided by the Remnant is unparalleled, and it simultaneously makes me want to care for it and provide it with the best I can offer, because I know it will be there for me and return the favor.

On the other hand, I also know it's slowly turning my mind to goop, so the love I have for it, while still there, becomes twisted, much like the love-hate relationship you have for an addiction if anyone out there knows what that's like.

Is there ANY car based game that gives me the same joy and rush of both a hooking story and vehicle maintanence?

I tried Dredge, was great but not for me, and Subnautica is on my list of games to try but I saw videos and it's not gonna be the same, too base-buildy.

HELP.
