Starting week 4 of x3 of my 7th consecutive round

3 rounds x1, 2 rounds x2, 1 round x3 w elite block, did block 1 of x then decided I didn't have enough time for the longer workouts and jumped back into x3. Work 40hrs a week, Masters program, and p90x every day since 4/20/2014
