Still have weird aim despite using "fixes" to fix it

since the off feeling aim people were having, I tried applying the fixes people were suggesting to fix the wierd aim, but it still feels off. I turned on high precision aim, I turned off aim smoothing, I turned off the shakey hud, turned off HDR and the like, but nothing seemed to fix it, it still feels super off. I can't even play ashe or widow.
