Personally I'm currently fine with volume 14 being the rest of season 4. But that might change when the Holy Kingdom movie comes out, the amount they cut and how long the film is will determine my final verdict. If it's only an hour and a half, keep it as it is I guess. If it's over 2 hours, I'd consider switching them.
Because Volume 14 is the longest solo novel, while The Holy Kingdom is two books. So it could work, again it depends on the movies length and how much of the Holy Kingdom gets cut.
Are they actually gonna frame the movie as happening before the events of season 4 or have they moved the timeline around to where it’s After?

So they’ll present the movie as a Flashback basically. Though I only remember Ainz commenting on Demiurges works in the Homy Kingdom but no details, I’ll probably need to watch the last season again
