A 100 job class build?

How strong (or ineffective) do you think a build with 100 job classes would be? Because Ainz implies it would be pretty lacking, and considering Antilene had only 3 archetypes (Cleric, fighter, and rogue) and she was closer to a level 80 in power as a result.
So how ineffective do you think having 100 job classes would be?
