Long time lurker, I'm looking for some advice and would love your input. I have a main job that keeps me on the phone a lot (insurance agent) but I'm eager to pick up some extra online jobs to diversify my income. Given my phone-heavy work, I'm curious about how to juggle multiple online gigs without getting overwhelmed or compromising my main job.
Any tips on managing time, finding the right types of online work, or balancing everything would be super helpful. If you have recommendations for platforms or specific roles that might be a good fit, please share!
