ASUS ROG STRIX 3080Ti worth overclocking?

I’ve got a 5700x with just some auto OC stuff going and 16GB (8GBx2) 3600MHz vengeance DDR4 and an ROG Strix 3080Ti. I’m wondering if overclocking the GPU specifically will really bring me much of a performance improvement over stock OC for gaming? Maybe it’s a sin to even ask such a question here, but those of you that have tried it both ways, what are your results in single player story games like RDR2, heavily modded Bethesda games, etc?
