i7 - 8750H - I would like to know if I can safely Undervolt my CPU.

I've seen stuff online regarding this. 2 ways actually, Throttlestop and Intel XTU.
Throttlestop seems promising but the thing about Intel is that they have stopped support for H processors. (ability to overclock/undervolt) - dunno for what exact reason cuz H cpus have hella thermal throttling and Temp issues.
Is there a hope with Throttlestop?
I need some opinion from someone who has done undervolting safely with ve results
