I really need some advice..

I have been at this for about a week now and NOTHING has worked.

I am currently stable at 4.5GHz @ 1.381V on my A8 6600K.

I have C6 dissabled, and I have made sure there is no throttling.

When I try going to 4.6GHz, I am able to boot up at 1.4V but after running a stress test for about 2 minutes it crashes.

ANY amount over 1.4V cuts my CPU frequency almost in half (x46 -> x25)

I am almost completely out of solutions, and I have been searching for days on this and have not been able to find anything other than people using wrong BIOS settings, in which I have checked and checked again.
