Need help with undervolting my laptop

Hi everyone, I have recently bought a MSI stealth 17 studio A13V which has an i9 13900h processor and an nvidia 4070.

I have been trying to undervolt the laptop due to high heat (can get upto 90C) and read up on some guides and got msi afterburner to try.

I've turned voltage monitoring and control on in the settings of msi afterburner as well as have gone into the bios and disabled undervolt protection (I don't see any other option for undervolt so I'm not sure what to do).

I'm really confused now as to what to do because nothing seems to be working and I cannot monitor or control my voltage of the gpu!
