Hello there, I am looking into OC my ram which is 32 gb 4x8 Gskill, 2133 mhz. Motherboard is maximus hero x wifi which works for 4133mhz.

What do I need to know and what does this info tell me, thanks much!

I know soon I should upgrade cpu/gpu/ram which would require a new motherboard and everything....the 1151 socket only will take up to the i7-9900k which is around $500 new which is insane for an older gen processor I think. I guess it would be better to just upgrade motherboards and get a newer gen processor right?

I have a 1070 Ti that I boosted the speeds on, 1151 I7--8700K which is OC to around 20% and I was looking to OC my ram if possible.
