Does Testmem5 catch CPU errors as well?

Hi,
It seems my system is unstable but I'm not sure if it's due to CPU or Memory.
Running Testmem5 with the Extreme1 @anta777 preset, It caught an error in test 12.
I was wondering if this could also be a CPU error? Can anybody give some insight on what this could be related to?
Currently trying to reproduce the error in the 1usmus_v3 test to get more information.
I've noticed that my VCCSA voltage is too low, should I increase it?

- z370 Aorus 7,
- 2x8 G Skill F4-4133C19-8GTZR running at 3800mhz with tRFC@342, tFAW@35, CR @1.
